Knitting is not just for nanas!! Stitchbewitch was born on my return to Scotland from abroad and on my decision to live in the beautiful Western Isles. Having lived in places where there were no craft shops as we in Europe know them, I relied very much on the Internet to meet my crafting needs. But given the option, I would much rather see and feel the materials I'm going to be using and guess that others will feel the same. On this site you will find most of the patterns, yarns and accessories that we have in stock. We have other items and plenty of shade cards/sample yarns. If it's not in stock, we may be able to order it for you. And, if you can't come to us, we will come to you if you live in the Uists, Benbecula, Eriskay or Berneray. Currently we have yarns by Wendy, Artesano, Debbie Bliss, Lion Brand & Sirdar, and beautiful sock yarns by Opal, Zitron Trekking and Lana Grossa. We also carry a range of needles and accessories by Brittany Birch and Clover. Coming soon - a range of the popular Addi needles. AVAILABLE ON REQUEST - OILED ARAN YARN. Perfect for outdoors.
